When can I download Memory Lane? Memory Lane is coming soon to the App Store for iPhone. This page will link straight to it as soon as it's live.
Is Memory Lane free? You can try it for free: your first AI restoration is a watermarked preview, and a basic on-device restore is always available. Saving in full HD without a watermark, colorizing, sharing and reveal videos need Memory Lane Pro.
How much is Memory Lane Pro? $9.99 per week with a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or $49.99 per year. Prices are in US dollars; the App Store shows the price in your currency before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
How do I cancel Memory Lane Pro? Open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Memory Lane → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. If you cancel during the 3-day free trial, you won't be charged. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
How do I restore my purchase on a new iPhone? Sign in with the same Apple ID you subscribed with, open Memory Lane, go to Settings and tap Restore Purchases (it's also on the upgrade screen).
How do I get a refund? Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple, so Apple handles refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose “Request a refund” and select Memory Lane. We can't issue refunds ourselves.
Are my photos private? Yes. Before your first cloud restoration the app asks your permission. Photos are sent securely to our restoration service and Google's Gemini AI only to restore them, are not kept after processing and are never used by us to train AI. Your album lives on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud Drive. See the Privacy Policy.
How many photos can I restore? Memory Lane Pro has no per-photo charges. The weekly plan includes 50 HD restorations a week and the yearly plan includes 200 a year, plus one Bring to Life video a month on either plan. The 3-day free trial includes 10 HD restorations.
Will the restored photo look exactly like the original moment? AI restoration rebuilds missing and damaged detail, and colorization estimates colors that the original film never recorded. Results are usually striking but can differ from reality, so always keep your original photo.
How do I delete my photos? Delete any restoration from your album in the app. To remove the iCloud copy too, open Settings → [your name] → iCloud → Manage Storage (on some iOS versions, Storage → Manage Account Storage) → Memory Lane → Delete Data. Deleting the app removes the copies on your iPhone.
